The "Divergent" filmmakers are already doing a lot to make sure that the series is starting out on as good a footing as possible. First of all, they've cherry-picked cast members that fit the bill for the roles nicely and gotten the much-needed thumbs up for each decision from author Veronica Roth. Her blessing (often with descriptive praise) for each addition is a major, major plus for the cinematic transition of the fanbase. Not to mention, they've got some pretty high profile talent on board for this adaptation that almost no one can overlook. A plus on that end. Same goes for the selection of Neil Burger for the director's chair. His "Limitless" is almost the perfect go-to for an example of the pacing a film like "Divergent" will need. Also, the fact that they've put an extra set of eyes - Vanessa Taylor of "Game Of Thrones" and "Alias »
