Matthew Vaughn, Mark Millar and Jane Goldman are set to have The Secret Service in cinemas for November 2014...

The game of 'which project is Matthew Vaughn going to direct next' appears to be finally over for the time being. The director of X-Men: First Class, the wonderful Stardust and the rather impressive Kick-Ass seems to have been linked to his fair share of projects of late. He passed on X-Men: Days Of Future Past, which subsequently fuelled speculation that he was making Star Wars: Episode VII. Turns out that he was quite close to the project, but that job went to Jj Abrams, and then when Sam Mendes dropped out of James Bond 24, Vaughn's name was linked again.

It's little surprise. Matthew Vaughn is a director without a duff movie to his name, and truthfully, we're really rather pleased with the project that he's chosen to make next. »
