Ronald Reagan's daughter Patti Davis has self-published her first book, a lesbian novel. The woman born Patricia Reagan released her new story "Till Human Voices Wake Us" on the Kindle bookstore.

This isn't Davis' first published work. She's written eight books in the past, including one about her father's battle with Alzheimer's called "The Long Goodbye." Davis tells The New York Post that "none of it is autobiographical," though she has been a longtime advocate for gay rights.

The synopsis for "Till Human Voices Wake Us" reads, "In the empty days after her son's death, left alone in her grief by her husband, Isabelle Berendon falls in love with the unlikeliest person in the world: her sister-in-law." Davis wrote »
