The fantastical adventure Willow is turning twenty-five, and to celebrate the occasion, 20th Century Fox has released the classic on blu-ray for the first time.  We’ve spent some time with the new release and are here to help you figure out whether or not it’s worth adding to your home movie collection.

Willow is one of those movies that you can’t help but smile for when you think about it.  It’s such a charming and quirky tale, with characters that are as memorable as they are endearing.  While it doesn’t feature fantasy on the same grand scale of something like The Lord of the Rings, but the film more than makes up for it in other areas.
