Pair follow up The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates with new film set at family resort, directed by Frank Coraci

Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are to pair up for the third time on a new comedy that revolves around the fallout from a disastrous blind date, reports Variety.

Sandler and Barrymore previously co-headlined 1998's The Wedding Singer and 2004's 50 First Dates, both of which were considered box office successes. The Wedding Singer even managed to be that rare concern in Hollywood, the well-reviewed Adam Sandler movie.

The new film will centre on two people who find themselves stuck together in a family resort with their children from previous marriages after the aforementioned disastrous romantic coupling. The Wedding Singer's Frank Coraci, a regular Sandler collaborator, will direct from a screenplay by Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera.

Both Sandler and Barrymore will be returning to familiar ground in the hope »
