ABC's new drama "Red Widow" fell off 20 percent from last week's weak premiere, while CBS and Fox shared first place in the ratings, with Fox's "Family Guy" taking the night's best individual ratings, according to preliminary numbers. CBS, like Fox, drew a 1.8 rating/5 share in the advertiser-sought 18-49 demographic and took a commanding first place outright in total viewers with 9.8 million.
