The opening monologue of Justin Timberlake's fifth turn hosting SNL --the season's highest rated show--started with the premise that the multi-talented charmer was now inducted into the "five-timers club" for people that have hosted the show on five or more occasions (linked below).  The skit begins with Paul Simon strumming a guitar as he welcomes Timberlake into the bar, with Steve Martin looking pleased in a smoking jacket. Dan Aykroyd has a gig as a bartender after only hosting once (he was an original cast member). As the skit continues, Chevy Chase, Martin Short, Candice Bergen, Alec Baldwin, and Tom Hanks all saunter in. While their appearances were enough to induce laughs, the comedy icons continued to kill it throughout the evening. Key sketch of the night: "It's a Date."
