We told you back in June 2012 that Marvel Animation was working on two new series, Avengers Assemble and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., and although the two series hadn’t been picked up by a network, we were expecting them to go to Disney Xd. Today, Disney Xd announced that they have indeed picked up both series, with one small title adjustment: Avengers Assemble is now Marvel’s Avengers Assemble, which will help keep viewers and listings from confusing it with the unfortunately-now-over Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

Disney Xd also announced premiere dates for the new shows: Marvel’s Avengers Assemble will give us all an advance showing on Sunday, May 26, and then officially premiere on Sunday, July 7. Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. makes its series debut on Sunday, August 11.

Presumably the Hulk series will be taking over the Maa timeslot, since the information is that both »
