Elliott Gould and Martin Short have signed on to John Mulaney’s new NBC comedy pilot. The as-yet-untitled show is being produced by Mulaney’s SNL boss Lorne Michaels and stars the young comedian as "John," a young comedian whose naïve zest for life puts a strain on his relationships with his as-yet-uncast roommates Jane and Seymour.
