Appearances can be deceiving. It’s a bright, sunny Tuesday afternoon in May, 2012. The air is calm. It’s warm and peaceful outside. As the cliché goes, it feels like a good day to be alive. And yet, inside an unassuming studio building, tucked away on a downtown Toronto side road, dwells a malevolent, and rest assuredly, undead presence.
