Switched at Birth breaks new ground with an episode performed entirely in American Sign Language.


During an appearance on a British daytime talk show, John Barrowman revealed that he's been contacted by the current Doctor Who team about participating in the 50th anniversary celebration. The negotiations are in the very early stages — Barrowman was telling reporters the day before he hadn't been contacted — but at least they're finally talking.

Annie Potts has joined the ABC pilot Murder in Manhattan, which follows a Park Avenue widow who solves murders with her daughter. The drama's cast also includes Enver Gjokaj and Brendan Hines.

Mike White says that if Enlightened gives us a third season, it would likely be a "send up of the legal world" as Abaddon sues Amy and she files a countersuit. That has me feeling ready to spend another season with Amy and all her frustrating faults.
