Bryan Singer has announced via Twitter that Omar Sy, star of the recently successful French film The Intouchables, will join the cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Director Singer has not said which role Sy will appear in.
Sy will join a cast that already includes: Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Peter Dinklage, Ellen Page, James McAvoy, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart and possibly Halle Berry. Bryan Singer (The Usual Suspects, X-Men 1 & 2, Jack the Giant Killer).
If you haven’t seen the Intouchables yet, I highly recommend it.
The movie made just over $10 million in the United States compared to over $416 million abroad.
Sy is also slated to appear in Michel Gondry’s upcoming film Moon Indigo.
