The first clip from Terrence Malick's To the Wonder has been released.  In the vague semblance of a plot, Olga Kurylenko plays a woman who travels to Oklahoma to be with the man (Ben Affleck) she loves only to discover that their relationship isn’t as strong as they previously thought.  There’s also a story involving a priest (Javier Bardem) who grapples with his loneliness and has almost no narrative relation to the other plotline.  This clip does play to the amount of silence in the film, but it's a hollow silence that carries almost no dramatic weight. Hit the jump to check out the clip, and click here to read my review of the film from Tiff.  To the Wonder opens April 12th. Via The Film Stage. Here’s the synopsis of To the Wonder: To The Wonder tells the story of Marina (Kurylenko) and Neil »
