Martin Scorsese's financial thriller Wolf of Wall Street will be released before the end of the year, Paramount has confirmed.

Scorsese is reuniting with frequent collaborator Leonardo DiCaprio for the crime thriller.

Wolf of Wall Street, which is based on Jordan Belfort's memoir of the same name, will debut on November 15, 2013.

The movie, which is Scorsese and DiCaprio's fifth collaboration, also stars Matthew McConaughey, Joanna Lumley, Jonah Hill, Margot Robbie, Jon Favreau, Jean Dujardin and Jon Bernthal.

Wolf of Wall Street tells the story of Belfort (DiCaprio) who fell from grace following his failure to co-operate in a fraud case.

The former stockbroker's memoir has been adapted for the big screen by Boardwalk Empire creator Terence Winter.
