Sadly, Anastacia is ailing again. The "Sick and Tired" singer has announced via her website that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time after successfully surviving her battle with the disease back in 2003. As a result, Anastacia's been forced to cancel all her upcoming performances, tours and travel until further notice. That included an upcoming European jaunt that was set to kick off in London on April 6. "I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to 'It's a Man's World Tour,'" the 44-year-old songbird said in her statement.
