Tuesday evening’s TV ratings are in.  Here’s a brief look at the highlights: A swell episode of Fox’s New Girl saw an uptick from last week’s 2.2 rating, rising a tenth to a 2.3 rating and 4.29 million viewers. The new CBS drama series Golden Boy had an alright debut with a 1.8 rating and 10.46 million viewers.  That’s up over last week’s episode of Vegas, which scored a 1.5 rating in the same timeslot. Also up was NBC’s The New Normal, which garnered a 1.0 rating and 2.62 million viewers for a rise of one tenth from last week’s low 0.9 rating.
