Tommy Lee Jones is used to playing historical icons. Fresh off his Oscar-nominated performance as Thaddeus Stevens in "Lincoln," Jones plays Gen. Douglas MacArthur in the new film "Emperor."

Co-starring Matthew Fox ("Lost"), "Emperor" focuses on the moves made by the U.S. military in Japan after World War II to secure peace. In a new clip from the film, debuting exclusively on HuffPost Entertainment, Fox, who plays General Bonner Fellers, tries to convince Jones' MacArthur that evidence is overrated in the quest for the truth.
