Seth MacFarlane made it out of his Oscars hosting gig alive, and that deserved a celebration. The Family Guy creator held a private afterparty at The Lot in West Hollywood in front of small group of his close friends and family, E! News confirms. And while a number of stars enjoyed the night and sipped Moët bubbly, MacFarlane was spotted spending some time with Charlize Theron. "Charlize was very chatty with Seth and they shared a laugh in between his performances," an onlooker tells E! News.
