Speaking of cyber-thrillers, before the weekend got good and started, Ubisoft unveiled the cover art for "Watch_Dogs" (let's see how long I can keep writing it like that).

"Watch_Dogs" would be a great alternate contender for Clint's recent Deja Vu piece about the "Killzone" demo revealed during the same event--not because Ubisoft's game looks overly familiar*, every bit of gameplay we've seen so far has been heavily, meticulously guided to the point where I personally still have no idea what that game is.

There's a question of trust between developers and gamers to the extent that sometimes these videos--which essentially serve as vision statements--will somehow accurately reflect what we'll be playing a year or less out. Ubisoft has a proven track record of making excellent open-world third-person action games, so I trust that they're capable of making another one.
