Producer Kathleen Kennedy will not be a part of the fourth entry in the "Jurassic Park" franchise at Universal Pictures due to her new duties as Lucasfilm's President.

Her long-time partner Frank Marshall tweeted earlier today that "Ms. Kennedy has moved onto Star Wars and will not be producing JP4. She’s traded raptors for Tie fighters."

Marshall remains onboard as producer with Steven Spielberg as executive producer. No director is locked as yet.

Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver ("Rise of the Planet of the Apes") penned the script. The film is targeting a June 13th 2014 release.
