Here’s the first teaser for NBC‘s midseason drama Hannibal, which premieres April 4 in the Thursday 10 Pm slot. Mads Mikkelsen makes his U.S. television debut as Dr. Hannibal Lecter opposite Hugh Dancy as FBI criminal profiler Will Graham, based on the characters from Thomas Harris’s novel Red Dragon. Caroline Dhavernas, Laurence Fishburne, and Gillian Anderson also appear in the series which has a 13 episode first season order. Hannibal is written and executive produced by Bryan Fuller and executive produced by Martha DeLaurentiis for Gaumont International TV. David Slade (Hard Candy, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) executive produced and directed the pilot. »
