Sure, Sunday tends to be overcrowded with high-end TV, including "Shameless," "Girls," Californication," "Enlightened" and, this coming weekend, the Academy Awards, but what to watch the rest of the time? Every Monday, we bring you five noteworthy highlights from the other six days of the week. "Cult": Series Premiere Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 8pm on The CW "Farscape" and "Alien Nation" creator Rockne S. O'Bannon's latest venture is a drama about a TV series that's literally a cult favorite -- a ridiculous premise and an irresistible one in an age of intense fandom.
