Zero Dark Thirty and Argo won the top movie awards last night from the Writers Guild, where rock & roll documentary Searching for Sugar Man won its category and Breaking Bad took a top television award.

Zero Dark Thirty won Best Original Screenplay for Mark Boal, whose account of the hunt for Osama bin Laden is also considered a frontrunner at the Academy Awards on February 24th.
