Fast National ratings for Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013

The premiere of "Survivor: Caramoan" got off to a rough start in the ratings Wednesday, scoring the lowest premiere numbers in series history. "American Idol" was also down for Fox, recording one of its smallest outings since its first season way back in 2002.

Elsewhere, "Arrow" and "Supernatural" were both up for The CW, and was "Law & Order: Svu" on NBC. ABC's "Modern Family" was even with last week, and "Suburgatory" was up a little bit.

Despite the "Idol" lows, Fox still easily won the night with 13.7 million viewers and a 7.9 rating/12 share in households. CBS (8.5 million, 5.4/9) came in second. ABC (6.8 million, 4.4/7) finished about 1.4 million viewers ahead of NBC (5.4 million, 3.7/6). The CW drew 2.9 million viewers and a 1.7/3.

Fox scored a 4.3 rating among adults 18-49, easily beating second-place ABC (2.2). CBS was a close third at 2.1. NBC averaged 1.5 in the demographic and The CW 1.1.
