"X-Men: Days Of Future Past" isn't an all-star romantic comedy, though you'd be forgiven for thinking so simply by looking at the assembled cast.

On Wednesday evening, director Bryan Singer announced that "Game of Thrones" star Peter Dinklage had joined the latest "X-Men" film, playing an undisclosed role. (Singer's news was reported one minute earlier by Deadline.com.) Internet speculation has Dinklage perhaps playing Puck, a member of Alpha Flight. Dinklage joins a cast that already includes Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Ellen Page, Anna Paquin, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult; "X-Men" stars like Halle Berry and Alan Cumming could also appear.

"I don't know. We'll see," Singer told HuffPost Entertainment when asked about Cumming's involvement. "You know ... we'll see."
