Albert Brooks has signed up to return to the Finding Nemo series.

The voice actor will reprise his role as father Marlin in the upcoming sequel from Pixar, reports Deadline.

Finding Nemo 2 was announced to be in the works last summer, with the original's director Andrew Stanton back on board.

Ellen DeGeneres is said to have already signed up to return as Dory in the project, according to the website.

Brooks currently stars in Judd Apatow's This Is 40, while he recently appeared as Bernie Rose in Drive opposite Ryan Gosling.

Pixar's latest project is Monsters University, the sequel to 2001's Monsters Inc, which will be released on June 21 in the Us, and July 12 in the UK.
