Berlin, Feb 11: Actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt has decided to cut sex scenes from his directorial debut "Don Jon's Addiction" so that he gets U/A certificate.

The 31-year-old, who has featured in movies like "10 Things I Hate About You", "Killshot" and "Inception", says cutting the scenes will not affect the movie, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Yes, we expect we have to do that (cut a sex scene) and I'll be getting started on it as soon as I get back (to the U.S.)... It won't affect the movie if we change that... I think it is important that those images are in there but what precisely you see isn't that important," Gordon-Levitt. »
