England's Altered Image and Berlin's Egoli Tossell Film will produce, with Gabriel Range, who helmed the George W. Bush assassination faux documentary Death of a President, set to direct. We're dying to know who'll tackle the role of Bowie, although "the central character of the film will be the divided city of West Berlin." »
