Oscar 2013: Final round of voting kicks off tomorrow It's Mardi Gras time everywhere you look -- Rio de Janeiro, New Orleans, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu. Well, the last three locations will be celebrating a different kind of wild Mardi Gras partying: the Oscars' final round of voting, which will decide who will take home the much-coveted Oscar statuette.
