2012 was, on the whole, a good year for movies. The Dark Knight trilogy came to its stunning conclusion, The Avengers eventually came to be after six years of preparation, Daniel Craig was given a real James Bond film to do and The Twilight Saga finally, mercifully, ended. With movies like Life of Pi, Looper and the underrated Lawless also coming out in 2012, it’s safe to say that 2013 has a lot to live up to.

Of course, with the ending of 2012 comes trailers for the 2013 movies and we’ve been given a lot. Some look great, others look… well, others look like The Smurfs 2, but we’ll concentrate on the good ones. Bearing in mind that I’m only going off films with trailers released, here are just five of the movies coming next year that you should look out for.
