Amy Adams will never forget the first time she went to the Oscars in 2006 when she was nominated for her work in Junebug. Sure, she loved being a nominee and wearing a Carolina Herrera gown, but the day didn't exactly get off to a good start. "I had a meltdown that morning because I left my [car] lights on while I was having breakfast at Kings Road Café," Adams told me last night at the Hollywood Reporter's Nominees Night at Spago in Beverly Hills. "My car wouldn't start and then I couldn't find my camera. I cried…My boyfriend had a really good laugh about me on Oscar morning crying."
