Last night on the Late Show, Al Pacino was absolutely, hilariously off his rockers — to such an extent that the cue card guy felt the need to direct David Letterman to "get him off," but Pacino didn't let that slide. Also cue in Kevin Spacey's surprise visit for the sole sake of impersonating his old friend, and Letterman's noises of defeated exasperation, and the show was gold. Plus: A drunk Jennifer Lawrence disclosed that she will be ad-libbing an Oscar acceptance speech, if given the chance; and Conan featured an entirely crowd-sourced show with cameos from Joel McHale, Nick Offerman, and origami Will Ferrell.
