Former actor Randy Quaid has been denied permanent residency status in Canada. The older brother of The Day After Tomorrow star Dennis Quaid has been living in the country since 2010. As shared by The Huffington Post, Quaid and his wife have been seeking permanent citizenship since fleeing the Us following the actor's arrest.
