A live-action sitcom from Seth MacFarlane, Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild — aka the writers of the big-screen hit Ted — has skipped past the pilot process and earned a six-episode series order from Fox.

Titled Dads, the multi-cam comedy revolves around two successful guys in their 30s who find their lives turned upside-down when their nightmare fathers unexpectedly move in with them.

Sulkin and Wild will write and executive-produce Dads, with MacFarlane serving as a third, non-writing Ep.
