In a word? Yes!

According to reports, Amazon is developing a TV show based on the classic 2009 comedy Zombieland, which starred Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg and Emma Stone as survivors of an apocalypse - along with Bill Murray is arguably the greatest big screen cameo in history.

i09 writes that casting calls recently went out for the series, with no timeline given for its premiere.

It's unclear whether Zombieland will be available on Amazing Prime, but the company is competing with Netflix and Hulu in the original programming space now.

The latter will soon unveil The Awesomes, an animated series featuring Saturday Night Live's Kenan Thompson, Bill Hader, and Taran Killam; while the former will soon make major waves with Arrested Development Season 4. »
