A couple of new scribes have been hired by Skydance Productions and Annapurna Pictures to tackle the newest sequel to James Cameron's ground breaking sci-fi action franchise 'The Terminator'. With two sequels and a prequel already out there the idea of 'Terminator 5' coming to fruition has been kicking about for some time now. A couple of years back 'Fast and Furious' helmer Justin Lin was being lined up to direct before a script was even present. That probably won't be the case now but at least writers Laeta Kalogridis ('Shutter Island') and Patrick Lussier ('My Bloody Valentine') will help rectify the script issue. The duo have been hired to team up and hopefully bring us an impressive fresh direction for the franchise to head in. »
