Every year, the Sundance Film Festival clues us into what films we can anticipate hitting our theaters (or, these days, video-on-demand) in the near future. The festival has a long history of being queer-inclusive, and 2013 is no different. There are several movies of interest based on their characters, storylines, directors or actors. Even if you can't attend the fest this week, here are the films you can hope are picked up by distributors at the fest this year.


Out director Stacie Passon's film about a lesbian housewife who gets hit in the head with a baseball and becomes a prostitute. Rose Troche produced the film, which sounds like an excellent drama.
