As a director, J.J. Abrams has already proven his bonafides with two franchise bearing his stamp -- "Star Trek" and "Mission: Impossible" -- and shown that he can also deliver original blockbuster material ("Super 8") to equal success. And as a producer, his stature grows day by day with a number of hit TV shows under his belt ("Lost," "Fringe") and films as well, including his own, "Morning Glory" and "Cloverfield." And in that role, he's used his clout to get a big-name director on board for a supernatural drama his Bad Robot shingle is shepherding. Vulture reports that Ron Howard is now attached to direct "All I've Got," a remake of the largely unknown 2003 Israeli TV movie, "Kol Ma She'Yesh Li." The original was written and directed by Margalit Keren, who also penned episodes of a show called "Be’Tipul." Never heard of it? You might know it better under. »
