A third installation of the testosterone-fueled action film franchise headlined by Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger is currently in development with production scheduled to begin later this year. The Expendables 2, directed by Simon West (The Mechanic) and starring Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Jean Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris, Scott Adkins, Liam Hemsworth and Bruce Willis, was released in theaters last summer to positive reviews and solid financial take (though it wasn't as financially successful as the first).
