The ring didn't mean a thing for Kim Zolciak, but it sure means a lot for her Real Housewives of Atlanta costar Kandi Burruss! Line producer Todd Tucker - who appears on the current season of the Bravo series - and Burruss are engaged, the reality star's rep confirms to People. Burruss, 36, and Tucker first met while filming the fourth season of Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2011.
