We're all still waiting to see if Deadpool will ever actually get his own movie (particularly to make up for the travesty that was X-Men Origins: Wolverine), but today we learn that yet another one of Rob Liefeld's creations has a chance to hit the big screen as well. The comic book writer's The Godyssey is now in development as a feature with producers Todd Garner and Brooklyn Weaver attached. The story follows the gods Zeus, Buddha, Ra and Pangu as they do battle with "a legion of fallen gods" to fight for the future of mankind (while Jesus is one of the characters in the comics he will apparently not be part of the movie version).
