Lindsay Lohan's legal drama continued on Tuesday morning in L.A. Although the Liz & Dick star was not present in the courtroom, her attorney Shawn Holley pleaded, on her behalf, not guilty to violating probation. The judge then said that Lohan's probation violation hearing is set for Jan. 30. The actress is facing three misdemeanor counts involving a crash on Pacific Coast Highway in June. She was charged in the incident for willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving. Lohan was still on probation for her misdemeanor jewelry theft case at the time of the accident, and due to the charges, the Los Angeles City Attorney moved to revoke Lohan's probation »
