A Star Wars live-action television series is still under consideration at ABC, network president Paul Lee has confirmed. Lee told Entertainment Weekly that he would "love" to produce an ongoing Star Wars show following Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm. "We're going to look at [the live-action series], we're going to look at all of them, and see what's right," the network boss explained. "We weren't able to discuss this with them until [the acquisition] closed and it just closed. It's definitely going to be part of the conversation." Lee suggested that ABC's collaboration with Lucasfilm could mirror the network's recent work with Marvel to develop Joss Whedon's S.H.I.E.Ld.
