This year, rather than having the Twilight cast win at the People's Choice Awards, it was the fans who received the night's honor for the Saga. Yep, Twilight fans - popularly referred as Twi-hards, though the term is not my preference - won the Favorite Movie Fan Following Award at the 2013 People's Choice Awards last night thanks to their own voting proficiency. Twilight fans won out over fellow Young Adult book-to-film phenomenon fans like Potterheads (Harry Potter), Tributes (for The Hunger Games, which otherwise had a big night with five wins), Ringers (Lord Of The Rings) as well as Rumrunners (Pirates Of The Caribbean).
