O'Donnell, 50, posted an Instagram shot of the couple and their new little bundle of joy on Wednesday, writing, "we r thrilled to announce the arrival of r daughter Dakota - #withloveandthanks – Amen" O'Donnell has four kids—Blake, Vivienne, Parker and Chelsea—from her marriage to Kelli Carpenter.
