Tori Spelling's husband has given her a belated push present. The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star -- who gave birth to the her fourth child, Finn Davey, in August after spending the last four months of her pregnancy in and out of hospital on bed rest - was surprised with an expensive 10-carat cabochon-cut jade and gold ring from her husband Dean McDermott recently by celebrity jeweller Neil Lane.
