Zooey Deschanel has voiced her disapproval of the pressure to be thin in Hollywood. The New Girl star said that the industry's obsession with women's weight has made many actresses unhealthy. "Actresses have definitely gotten thinner over the course of my lifetime," she told the February 2013 issue of Us Glamour. "Women I admired growing up - Debra Winger, Diane Keaton, Meryl Streep - were all beautiful and thin, but not too thin. There are a lot of actresses who are unhealthy-skinny - much, much too skinny.
