Justin Bieber is speaking out about the death of the photographer who was killed after taking photos of the singer's car.

"While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim," Justin said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Wednesday morning.
