By any measure, 2012 was very good to Fandango. The ticketer lured away AMC Theaters, the country's largest theater chain, from chief rival Movietickets.com and then partnered with three former MovieTickets.com cohorts, AOL Moviefone, Yahoo! Movies and MSN Entertainment, to sell seats.  Now Fandango says it has the numbers to prove that it was the strongest year in its history -- well, not numbers exactly, as the NBCUniversal division doesn't publicly release revenue or profits, but the percentages at least.
