Guillermo del Toro introduces the short film which inspired his upcoming horror movie Mama. In the video below, Mama producer del Toro introduces the original film that led him to make his own full-length feature. Del Toro explains that the 2008 short by Andreas and Barbara Muschietti led him to create the feature film version. Mama was co-written by the Muschiettis and Luther creator Neil Cross.
